The Submission version went off to Basingstoke and Deane in mid-September. You can find a copy of them below:

Now the Submission is being checked, and will be examined by a planning specialist, after which it may need amendment. The final stage is a Referendum by residents of the parish, probably in the New Year, before the Plan is declared to be ‘made’ and stands alongside the Basingstoke and Deane Local Plan.
We are looking for as positive a return on the Referendum as we had on the Questionnaire, so we will keep you updated.
In the end the Neighbourhood Plan will help to ensure that development enhances the special and varied character of the parish, and that the increased Community Investment Levy benefits local infrastructure.
