Notes:

  • All entries marked (*) are mandatory.
  • If acceptable, your Free Ad will appear in the magazine for one month unless resubmitted and on the website for 8 weeks from the submission or renewal date.
  • Only the details you provide in “Item for sale”, “Price”, “Advert words” and “Phone Number” will be used in the ad, all other personal details will be retained for administration purposes only.
  • We only accept adverts from Old Basing and Lychpit residents.
  •  If you can provide a photo of the item that you have for sale then this will help sell it.  Photographs are accepted in gif, png, jpg or jpeg formats and are limited to 10mb. Unfortunately, we can only display your photo on the website and not in the magazine.
  • The closing date for submissions is the 10th of the month for the next issue, except the January issue which is the 6th of December.  Adverts will appear on the website shortly after they are received.

You will receive an automatic acknowledgement that your request has been received and then you will be contacted by the Editor to confirm which issue your advert will appear in.

If you sell your item you can let us know through the “Free Ad Removal” form or by emailing editor@basinga.org.uk  We can withdraw adverts from the website at any time, but for the magazine you must let us know by the submission deadline above.

    If you have an original photo of your item, please use the field below to select and upload it. Please note that uploading the file may take a little time depending on your upload speed and the file size.
