Note: All entries marked (*) are mandatory. Only details you specify in your advert will appear in the magazine, all other personal details will be retained for administration only.

The number of characters per line in text adverts will vary with the make up of the words used. See samples here for guidance
The inclusion of a logo may reduce the room available for text as will any additional formatting.
Just submit the text you require in the enquiry form, the Advertising Manager will advise on fitment.
Logo and Graphic advert files should be high resolution pdfs, see file specification here and can be e-mailed to: advertising@basinga.org.uk or attached to enquiry form if available at time of enquiry.
If you supply a contact e-mail address then you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your request has been received.
Then later you will be contacted by the Advertising Manager to confirm we are able to meet your requirements, and cost are correct and arrange for completion of an order form and advise payment details.
All adverts are bookable for up to 3 months, for longer periods email advertising@basinga.org.uk
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
- All remittance must be received before adverts will appear in the Basinga.
- No guarantee is or can be given as to the month the advert will first appear unless confirmed by the Advertising Manager.
- Three month and longer-term commitments will run in consecutive months.
- All advertisements in the magazine are placed in good faith and the Basinga Management Committee accepts no responsibility for any statement, omissions of errors made by the advertiser or printer, nor do they endorse any product or service advertised.
- The Basinga Management Committee reserves the right to refuse advertisements which it deems unfit for publication and to withdraw those where full remittance has not been received.
- For logos, fonts and images of persons, not in the public domain, the advertiser must own the copyright or be authorized to use any or all of the elements of the source material, The Basinga Management Committee or its representatives cannot be held responsible for any dispute that may arise over copyright.
- The Advert will automatically also appear here on the Basinga Web Site at no additional cost.
