One This Month
As Christmas Day falls on a Wednesday this year, we will have only one meeting in December. On Wednesday 11th December, Society members and guests will enjoy our annual Christmas buffet, provided by the Wote Street Club. This will be preceded by a selection of films from the BBC Railway Roundabout series, originally broadcast in 1958 and 1959. A great variety of absorbing archive footage is assured.
Do join us on the night by becoming a Society member. Our twice-monthly series of meetings will resume on Wednesday 8th January 2025
Our meetings are at 7.45pm at The Wote Street Club in New Road in Basingstoke town centre, RG21 7NG, which has a licenced bar and usually conclude by 10.00pm.
