CHOIR CELEBRATES ITS 60TH ANNIVERSARY

Hampshire Harmony choir celebrated its 60^th anniversary with a wonderful concert at the Haymarket Theatre on 14^th July. Many past members and Music Directors attended this memorable, happy, occasion and the choir demonstrated its versatility with a diverse programme of music from Ave Maria to a Disney Medley: something for everyone.

We all know how good it is for our wellbeing to sing – as demonstrated by the many TV programmes headed by Gareth Malone – the members of Hampshire Harmony have known this for many years and the choir is thriving with a mix of good voices. We work hard to achieve a high standard of singing but the rehearsals are such fun. New members will be warmly welcomed and an Open Evening will be held on Monday 9^th September at Everest Community Academy, Basingstoke, RG24 9UP.
