Rotary pledged to donate a minimum of £2,000 from the parking fee at this event to Ukraine Disaster Relief! Proceeds from the Festival will go to mainly local and a few national and international charities. |
 The Basingstoke Disability Forum  Entertaining the crowd and raising funds with their Human Fruit Machine. Top Banana! Amongst the stalls were some of the charities we support, enabling them to raise awareness of the work they do and also to raise much needed funds. |
On Sunday 8th May 2022 the sun brought the crowds to the War Memorial Park for the 31st Festival of Transport organised by Basingstoke Deane Rotary and sponsored by Basingstoke Deane Borough Council. We welcomed a record breaking 20,000 visitors at this free event to see a wide range of transport on show – Pre War Cars, Post War Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Tractors, Stationary Engines, Motor Bikes and Car Clubs.
