Myrna Lewis has sent us some pictures from the Heritage Open Day event that was staged at St Mary’s Church over the weekend 7^th – 9^th September 2007.

The floral arrangements were sponsored by Bobby and Mary of the Linden Market and Lane Monnington Welton, Accountants who support the work of our church

MP Maria Miller visited on Sunday and had time to take tea with us. From left to right we have Nora Goodall (a St Mary's HOD guide), Myrna Lewis (the HODS conveynor), and Jo Jarrett-Kerr (the choir director).

The Basinga Editor, Irene Allaway (center), helps serve tea with Thelma Gregson (left) and Anne Price (right). This time is always a very important part of any village event.
